The following is some of the benefits of Yoga:

  •    Strengthens bones
  •    Meditation which helps us to heal in stillness and just 'BE"
  •    Helps to alleviate Back Pain
  •    Energises, brings inner harmony and induces longevity

Kathleen's Recovery - Enhanced by Yoga

Through the beautiful and rewarding practise of Yoga, Kathleen has initiated her recovery (twice) from cancer.

Meditation has been the biggest change Kathleen has incorporated into her daily life, to just sit and "BE" and to know that this is the only moment we can fully be in.

"When everything else was difficult to do, I could always sit in Meditation pose and let go, trusting fully and knowing that everything would be OK.

Life truly is magic, I have found so many things to compliment my life and to realise what truly is meaningful. The beautiful people I have met and continue to meet who have been a joy and an inspiration.

I know that my destiny is to continue teaching my beloved Yoga and showing people there is a better and easier way to live, to let go of stress and expectations, to live with compassion and support all living things."

Namaste
Kathleen
